The Bear describes a sleep pattern between early birds and night owls. The Wolf favors late nights and late mornings. The Lion prefers early bedtimes and mornings and The Dolphin involves irregular sleep patterns, frequent awakenings, and difficulty maintaining a consistent schedule. As the members learn about their chronotype the discussion lead into the importance of self-care and habit bundling. Which the discussion then transitioned to sharing their bloom moments such as letting go of mugs and success in setting boundaries for some self-care.
