This recording talks about using mandalas to reduce stress. Valerie starts the discussion by introducing Lori Ann, a new coach who will assist in future calls. She then prepares members to do a Mandala exercise. Valerie explains to members how to choose their 2 colors. Members chose colors that matched their feelings and then they started coloring their mandala. Next they shared their experience and many had breakthroughs as they shared their emotions. Members found the mandala exercise helpful for letting go of their emotions.
