This meeting talks about affirmations and focused on developing effective affirmations. JM shares his knowledge and experience crafting affirmations and discussed strategies for overcoming resistance to saying them regularly. As JM helps and support a member in revising their affirmations to better address their core issues with self-acceptance and body image. The other members provide input and with JM emphasizing keeping affirmations simple and directly tied to individual needs and goals, a few different affirmations were created.
