This recording talks about a mindfulness exercise led by Valerie where members were asked to choose a fruit and another edible item. Valerie guided the members through mindfully eating the fruit. After the exercise, members shared the before and after of doing the exercise. Which is followed by Valerie discussing the power of words and thoughts using examples which demonstrated how words can affect matter. The importance of awareness and mindfulness in changing one’s state was highlighted.
