This session focused on continuing the exploration of the Life Balance System, encouraging participants to reflect on key areas such as physical space, relationships, work, learning, and spirituality. A new self-assessment method, the “traffic light” check-in system, was introduced to help track emotional states more regularly and manage stress triggers with mindfulness and practical tools.
